Store Policies

Humphreys & Son Jewelers offers the following Returns Policy:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return it to us for an exchange or refund within 10 days of delivery. Shipping charges are not refundable. Gift recipients are entitled to a store credit. Returns after 10 days but sooner than 30 days are entitled to a store credit.

Please report damaged claims within 5 days of receipt of package, save all packaging materials and carton. Return or exchanges require an authorization number (This insures record of your return). For your protection we suggest all return packages be sent insured by UPS in original packaging. Custom and special orders are not returnable.
